Smells Like Bad Guitar Hero Video

What tipped me off that this wasn’t a real Guitar Hero mod? Well, for one, the real Guitar Hero would probably credit Nirvana as having made “Smells Like Teen Spirit” famous, and not “BAND.”
There are other subtle hints scattered throughout. Can you find them?
